Beauty tips (7) to look younger

Since Eve took the first bite of the apple human race has obessed with beauty.
The truth is we begin the aging process as soon as he graduated from the uterus. Each day of our lives our bodies slough off and regenerate new cells. The speed with which this process is when we are children is very different as we age.

Every day you are bombarded daily with commercial messages and beauty tips that attempt to lure you into believing that the last miracle drug you need to combat the ravages of Mother Nature.

We live a longer period as a whole. One can be a blessing or a curse, depending on your point of view.
The best way for the natural beauty and health of the skin is to take care of what you have. Sounds simple, does not it? The truth is that your skin takes a beating from the environment every day. Here are some tips to maintain the beauty of your skin fresh and healthy:

1: Stay hydrated and do it with lots of water! That does not mean soda, caffeine or any other type of liquid, even if it is low in calories. Soda (even diet soda) has a high percentage of sodium. Sodium holds liquid. Need fluid that will hydrate and cleanse the body of toxins free. Make sure you drink at least 8 glasses of water per day!

2: protect the skin from harmful effects of ultraviolet (UV) rays. We all love the sun. We would be in it and we love having a beautiful tan. The truth is that you could poison the sun too. UV rays cause skin cancer and if that was not enough it causes the skin to age faster than expected, and contributing to unsightly wrinkles. If you play in the sun, and make sure you use a screen enough. Do not leave home without it!

3: keep your skin clean. Use a soft cloth and warm. The skin does not require purification. Will do more harm than good if you do.

4: The best treatment for wrinkles is to never have them in the first place! If you're like most of us, you have not listened to your mother when she tried to tell you to stay in the shade, stand up straight, and stop looking!

5: healthy diet. Know-how and what we eat, make a big difference in how you feel. Poor eating habits can cause depression, weight gain, lethargy disease in general.

Overweight cause your skin to stretch. Older, it loses its elasticity and you're left with sagging skin.
The optimal solution for this is to maintain a healthy weight.

The rule of thumb for eating habits are ... Do not eat more calories than you consume. Do not go a day without doing something extra and physical for at least 30 minutes per day. This can be from three to ten minute walk. Or 30 minutes of exercise a strong few minutes, or 12 weight training and 18 minutes of walking.

6: Do not worry, be happy. A happy prospect seems to trigger the release of endorphins. Endorphins relax the cardiovascular system and cytokines which stimulate the immune system to pay attention to the detection of abnormalities such as cancer cells. Listen carefully to yourself. If you put down since childhood, over a lifetime, negative subliminal messages can wreak havoc on your way pessimistic. Spend a week left phrases you use in your "self talk."
